1. Order safely & securely on-line. Eric Records provides a secure online shopping cart for your convenience. This service enables us to send your order as quickly and cheaply as possible. After you have placed items in your shopping cart and select a payment method, you will be directed to our “SSL” enabled (secure socket layer) server. You will notice that the web address in your browser window will begin with https, and, depending on the browser you are using, you will see a little lock in the status bar at the bottom of your browser. This means your personal information – including your credit card number – IS SAFE because it’s encrypted and cannot be seen by third parties.

2. Order by phone. You may phone in your order at our direct number (510) 614-5355 after 3:00 PM Pacific Time. If we’re not in, please leave your name, phone number and best time to call you back. Because we have a very small staff, we may not always be “in” when you call.
